Domaine Capuano-Ferreri Pinot Noir Santenay is a red Burgundy wine from the Santenay appellation in the Côte de Beaune, France. Produced entirely from Pinot Noir grapes grown in vineyards surrounding the historic village of Santenay, this wine expresses the classic character of the appellation: elegant, fruit-forward, and pleasantly approachable. Santenay is one of Burgundy's southernmost villages, prized for its limestone-clay soils that impart a distinctive mineral backbone to its red wines.

The wine spends approximately ten months aging in French oak barrels, around 25% of which are new, lending subtle structure and vanilla complexity without overpowering the delicate Pinot Noir fruit. On the palate it delivers ripe red berries, cherry, and raspberry flavors with earthy, mineral undertones, medium body, silky tannins, and good natural acidity. The result is a well-balanced, expressive Burgundy that drinks well both young and with a few years of cellaring.

An excellent match for roasted poultry, duck confit, rack of lamb, beef tenderloin, mushroom-based dishes, and aged cow's-milk cheeses. Serve at 60–65°F (15–18°C).
