Domaine Jean-Michel Guillon & Fils Les Graviers Bourgogne Rouge is a 100% Pinot Noir red wine from the lieu-dit Les Graviers in Chambolle, Burgundy, France. The estate is run by Jean-Michel Guillon and his son Alexis, with roots going back to 1980 when Jean-Michel came to Gevrey-Chambertin after a career in aeronautics. The domaine has grown to hold vineyards across more than 20 appellations, including Grand Cru sites such as Mazis-Chambertin and Vougeot. Jean-Michel Guillon was named Winemaker of the Year 2020 by Guide Hachette.

Les Graviers is produced under Certified HVE Bio-Contrôle practices, with no herbicides or insecticides used since 2000. The wine displays an intense ruby color with light purple reflections and a broad bouquet of cherry, strawberry, and raspberry, with floral aromas and hints of tobacco and cedar. On the palate it is elegant and well-balanced with a medium body, soft tannins, moderate acidity, and a long fruity finish.
