Marc Hébrart "Mes Favorites" Vieilles Vignes 1er Cru Brut is a non-vintage Champagne from Mareuil-sur-Aÿ in the Vallée de la Marne, crafted by renowned récoltant-manipulant Jean-Paul Hébrart. The cuvée is composed of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay sourced exclusively from old vine sélection massale plantings — vines exceeding 50 years of age from Jean-Paul's most prized sites.

The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel with full malolactic fermentation, then aged on the lees for 30 months before disgorgement. A low dosage of 5g/L preserves the wine's natural freshness and precision. The result is a medium to full-bodied Champagne with refined, spritely mousse, aromas of white peach, pear, cherry blossoms, orange citrus, and shortbread, with a clean, creamy finish showing excellent concentration and cut. Hebrart practices organic viticulture across his estate.
