Made in the USA, these pans are completely free of coatings for healthy cooking and lasting durability. The set is designed to handle everything from frozen pizzas and take-and-bake pies to homemade from-scratch doughs and flatbreads.

The perforated pan promotes airflow beneath the crust for extra-crispy results on frozen or par-baked pizzas, while the solid smooth pan provides even, stable support for delicate homemade doughs and gluten-free crusts. Both pans are safe for use in the oven, broiler, grill, and smoker up to 500°F (260°C). Each pan measures 16" L x 16" W x 0.7" H and is constructed from natural aluminum for consistent, even browning.

Hand washing with warm, soapy water is recommended to preserve appearance; dishwasher use may cause cosmetic discoloration that does not affect baking performance or safety. Metal utensils may scratch the surface but will not impact cooking properties. The pans naturally develop a patina over time, which can be lightened by scrubbing with lemon juice, vinegar, cream of tartar, or baking soda. Nylon, wood, and silicone utensils are safe to use.
