This non-age-stated expression showcases an innovative high-gravity mashing technique that uses more grain and less water during fermentation, creating an intensified and more fruity character. Bottled at 48.3% ABV (96.6 proof), this whisky is non-chill filtered and aged in ex-bourbon barrels.

The nose opens with smoked bubblegum, toasted sourdough, and barley notes. On the palate, expect a rich blend of muscovado sugar, creosote, tropical fruits including pineapple and banana, aniseed, clove, caramel, and strawberry undertones. The high-gravity mashing process creates a unique sweet-smoky duality, combining Ardbeg's signature peat smoke with bright tropical fruit esters and bonfire ember characteristics.
