Mayenda Blanco Tequila is an additive-free, small-batch sipping tequila crafted at Casa San Nicolas in Arandas, Jalisco, Mexico. It is made using a pioneering process that adds two extra steps to traditional tequila production: a maceration treatment of roasted agave piñas before final distillation, and blending with agave miel (the plant's honey) for added depth and complexity. The result is a rich, elegant blanco with caramelized agave character. Bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV).

The nose offers wildflower honey, cinnamon, and subtle notes of orange blossom and fresh grass, with undertones of baking spices, fresh herbs, and pepper.
