A Spanish red wine blend from Bodegas Los Pinos, combining Monastrell and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Valencia region. This wine comes from one of Spain's pioneering organic wineries, founded in 1863 in the town of Fontanars dels Alforins, located in what is known as Valencian Tuscany at an elevation of 635 meters.

Bodegas Los Pinos became the first ecological winery in Valencia in 1990 and only the second in all of Spain, cultivating grapes without chemical herbicides or pesticides. In 2007, the Ferri Family acquired the historic property and continued the organic tradition while modernizing the winery. All wines are certified by the Regulatory Board for Wines from the Denomination of Origin of Valencia and the Commission of Ecological Agriculture.

The Monastrell-Cabernet blend is described as intense and brilliant with an elegant nose featuring black fruits, pepper, toasted bread, and vanilla notes, finishing with a long lasting taste. This wine pairs well with stews, game, beef with sauces, roasted meats, and cured cheese.
