Domaine de la Galopière Ladoix Blanc is a white Burgundy wine from the Côte de Beaune appellation in France, produced by Domaine de la Galopière, a family-run estate of 10.5 hectares farmed by the Fournier family in Bligny-lès-Beaune. The Ladoix appellation sits at the northern end of the Côte de Beaune and offers classic white Burgundy character at an accessible price point.

Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, this wine reflects the limestone-clay soils of the Ladoix terroir. It is sold in cases of 6 bottles, each 750ml.

The producer recommends pairing with foie gras mi-cuit or seared scallops, as well as veal or poultry with mushroom cream sauce, meat pies, or mushroom pies with béchamel sauce.
