For a perfect hot cup, pour freshly boiled water over the tea bag and allow to brew for 3-5 minutes, adjusting to desired strength. Add dairy or non-dairy milk, sugar, or sweetener as desired. For an iced chai latte, steep one tea bag in 1/2 cup of boiling water for 3-7 minutes, remove the bag, and pour over ice, topping with your favorite milk.
