Penelope Estate Single Barrel is a 10-year aged straight bourbon whiskey from Indiana's Ross & Squibb Distillery, part of the limited-release Estate Collection. This expression is built on a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley, bottled at 49% ABV (98 proof) in a 750ml format.

Each barrel is individually hand-selected from various warehouses and floors after a decade of aging, resulting in a uniquely expressive single-barrel bourbon. The higher rye content compared to many bourbons contributes notable spice and complexity to the profile.

On the nose, expect vanilla, caramel, dried fruit, and plum. The palate delivers caramel, butter toffee, wild cherry candy, and light rye spice, with a finish of cinnamon and lingering spice.
