Waialua Fresh eggs are locally produced cage-free eggs from Villa Rose Egg Farm, situated on the North Shore of O'ahu, Hawai'i. Each box contains 15 dozen (180) Medium Grade A eggs. This Hawaii-exclusive Costco product supports local food production in a state where approximately 75–80% of food is imported from the continental United States.

Villa Rose Farm is an off-grid, sustainable operation powered entirely by solar energy. The solar arrays serve double duty as cage-free shelter for the hens, while a biochar reactor converts chicken waste into nutrient-rich fertilizer that improves soil water retention and corrects soil acidity. The farm runs on an independent permitted water well and recycles all wastewater for irrigation, resulting in zero runoff.
