Covalli Monferrato Nebbiolo is a red wine from Piedmont, Italy, crafted from the noble Nebbiolo grape variety — the same cultivar behind the great Barolo and Barbaresco wines of the region. The Monferrato DOC appellation covers the gently rolling hills of Piedmont between Asti and Alessandria, where Nebbiolo expresses a distinctly approachable and aromatic character.

This wine is aged for 18 months in large wood barrels followed by additional bottle aging, developing a vibrant ruby red color and a complex bouquet of rose-water, orange rind, spices, and citrus. The nose offers perfumed aromas of macerated cherries intertwined with clove, cinnamon, and rosebud.
