Chateau Corbin 2022 Saint-Emilion Grand Cru is a distinguished Bordeaux red blend from one of the oldest and most storied estates in Saint-Emilion, with roots dating back to the 15th century. Located in the northern part of Saint-Emilion near the border of Pomerol, just 1.5 miles from the legendary Chateau Cheval Blanc and one mile from Petrus, Chateau Corbin benefits from exceptional terroir. The estate is managed by Anabelle Cruse, the fourth generation of her family to oversee these cherished vines.

This wine is a blend of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc, with 14% ABV. The 2022 vintage offers sweet aromas of dark berries, plums, licorice, bay leaf, and iris. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, deep and layered, with a velvety and enveloping texture and an unusual dimension of power and volume. The finish features dark red pit fruits and chocolate, with pure, perfectly ripe fruit character throughout. Harvest took place from September 6 through September 23, 2022. Drink from 2025 through 2042.
