This 2022 vintage is crafted from a blend of 70% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc, and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from a 23-hectare estate with vines averaging 30 years of age. The vineyard sits on dark red clay over limestone soil in the St. Etienne-de-Lisse sector, positioned on a gentle slope reaching 75 meters elevation.

The wine is produced using certified organic farming methods and vinified in 25 small stainless steel vats, allowing for parcel-by-parcel fermentation. It is aged in 90% new French oak barrels for 12 to 15 months, with 3% aged in clay amphora.
