Château Poesia is a prestigious Right Bank Bordeaux estate situated on a well-elevated limestone plateau in the eastern portion of Saint-Émilion, France. Owned and crafted by Hélène Garcin-Lévêque and Patrice Lévêque since 2014, this acclaimed Grand Cru is produced from a 9.7-hectare vineyard planted in clay and limestone soils, with vines averaging 30 years of age — some exceeding 70 years. The estate practices sustainable viticulture and ferments entirely in small, temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

The 2022 vintage is a blend of 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc, earning 95 points from The Wine Cellar Insider. Aromas of salty chocolate, black plum, black raspberry, flowers, cocoa, and licorice give way to an elegant, plush, and silky palate with exceptional minerality and a long, complex finish accented by hints of chocolate-mint. A second note highlights black raspberries, orange peel, smoke, and a lifted berry-filled finish with refined salty tannins. Best enjoyed from 2026 through 2047.
