Ride & Ridden Cabernet Sauvignon is an appellation-driven California red wine crafted in Sonoma County. Founded by industry veteran David Green and winemaker Maayan Koschitzky of Atelier Melka, the brand's mission is "democratizing deliciousness" — producing wines of precision, power, and elegance that consistently exceed their price point expectations. This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon presents an inky-blue color with bright aromas of black cherry, eucalyptus, toasted cedar, espresso, and leather. On the palate it bursts with ripe blue and black fruits, candied violets, and sweet, round tannins, finishing with an elegance uncommon at its price point. Aged 14 months in 25% new French oak barrels, the wine carries an ABV of 14.9%. It pairs well with blue cheese burgers with bacon, mushroom risotto, and carnitas tacos with chipotle crema. Sold in 12-bottle cases.
