Ride & Ridden Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a premium red wine hand-harvested at night to ensure cool temperatures and optimal freshness. The wine undergoes cold soaking to draw color and develop flavors while elevating structure, then fermented in open-top stainless steel tanks before aging in French oak barrels (75% new) for 16 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered to preserve the wine's natural character.

The wine displays dark, almost opaque edges with gorgeous notes of blackberry fruit, sage, black olive, and shaved cocoa. The mouthfeel has a decadent richness and textural quality with a long and delicious finish. Both dense and flecked with acidity, the wine shows equal parts power and grace, making it an excellent choice for special occasions.
