Each package contains two 6-ounce portions of pre-sliced prosciutto, ready to serve.

Made using traditional methods in the San Daniele region of Friuli, Italy, this prosciutto is crafted with only pork and salt - no nitrites, nitrates, or artificial additives. The pressing phase exclusive to San Daniele production gives the ham its characteristic guitar shape.
