Les Héritiers Saint-Genys Bourgogne Côte d'Or Pinot Noir is a classic Burgundian red wine from the celebrated Chassagne-Montrachet estate in the Côte de Beaune. The estate spans 12 hectares across the Côte de Beaune, Côte Châlonnaise, and Beaujolais, and has been guided by Patrice du Jeu since 2011, a former Parisian restaurateur who embraced sustainable viticulture and hand harvesting.

This 100% Pinot Noir from the Bourgogne Côte d'Or appellation displays vibrant red fruit aromas of cherry and raspberry, complemented by earthy undertones. The palate offers a silky, medium body with balanced acidity and fine tannins, a hint of spice and oak, and an elegant finish leaving a trace of minerality. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel with aging in oak casks under the guidance of consultant Stéphane Derenoncourt.

The wine is approachable upon release and will age beautifully for 5 to 7 years. It pairs well with roasted poultry, duck confit, mushroom dishes, and soft cheeses. Sold as a 6-bottle case of 750ml bottles.
