Les Héritiers Saint-Genys Mercurey 1er Cru is a 100% Pinot Noir from the Clos Marcilly vineyard, a monopole Premier Cru site in Mercurey within Burgundy's Côte Chalonnaise. Clos Marcilly was among the first five Premier Cru vineyards officially recognized in Mercurey in 1943 and is exclusively farmed by the estate.

The winery is based in Chassagne-Montrachet. The modern revival of the domaine began in 2011 when Patrice du Jeu, a restaurateur turned vintner, acquired neglected parcels and embarked on restoring old vines across his family's holdings. This wine offers a nose of amarena cherry with rooty, spicy nuances and hints of smoke. The palate is generous with concentrated fruit, fine tannins, and bright acidity that lifts the finish. It carries a 4.2 rating on Vivino and pairs well with beef, veal, poultry, and game. Contains sulfites.
