Canella Puccini is a ready-to-enjoy Italian sparkling cocktail from the Veneto region, crafted by Canella, a third-generation family winery with roots in Conegliano. The cocktail blends 75% Canella sparkling wine (Glera) with 25% freshly squeezed mandarin orange juice from Sicily, resulting in a vibrant, effervescent drink at 5% ABV.

The mandarin oranges used are the "tardivo" variety sourced through the Consorzio Tardivo di Ciaculli, a Slow Food Presidia. Harvested in late February — later than most mandarin varieties — these oranges develop a higher natural sugar content that pairs perfectly with the bright acidity of Canella's sparkling wine. The result is a brilliant golden-yellow cocktail with vivid aromas of mandarin, citrus zest, and citrus peel, with a palate that balances the sweetness of ripe mandarin with lively, refreshing bubbles.

Canella Puccini is best served well chilled and makes an excellent aperitif or brunch drink. It can also be enjoyed after dinner with a splash of bitters for a unique twist.
