So'Vive is a naturally low-alcohol organic white wine crafted by Gérard Bertrand, one of France's most acclaimed winemakers. This IGP Pays d'Oc blend combines Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat Petits Grains grapes at just 9.5% ABV, offering a lighter alternative without sacrificing flavor.

The wine presents a clear appearance with silver reflections. The expressive nose features exotic fruits, white peach, and orange blossom from the Muscat, complemented by citrus and grapefruit notes contributed by the Sauvignon Blanc. On the palate, it delivers an explosion of fruity flavors with a sweet and refreshing finish, balancing vibrant acidity with a pleasant roundness from residual sugar.

Grapes are harvested at full maturity for optimal aromatics, then gently pressed. Fermentation is partially arrested to maintain a natural balance between freshness and sweetness, and no malolactic fermentation occurs, preserving the wine's lively character. Best served chilled between 8-10°C, it pairs beautifully with fruited desserts, exotic salads, lightly spiced Asian dishes, or enjoyed on its own as an apéritif.
