Guests navigate multiple themed haunted environments filled with live performers and immersive scares. Groups are split into no more than 10 people for the experience. The attraction may be too intense for children 12 and under.

Inside the venue, only clear bags not exceeding 4.5" x 6.5" are permitted. No food, drinks, bottles, recording devices, flash photography, or flashlights are allowed inside. Food and beverage vendors are available outside, along with photo opportunities before and after entry. Parking options include valet ($20), self-parking ($10), or free street parking.
