The 2021 Ciabot Baronetto Barbaresco is an elegant Italian red wine from the Barbaresco DOCG appellation in the Piedmont region of northern Italy. Produced by Cantina del Ciabot, this wine is crafted from 100% Nebbiolo grapes grown on tuffaceous calcareous soils in the Barbaresco zone. It has received 92 points from James Suckling and 91 points from CostcoWineBlog, making it an exceptional value at Costco's price point.

The wine presents a ruby garnet color with vibrant red fruit and earthy aromas, including floral tones of violet and rosehip with evolving menthol and spicy notes. On the palate it is medium-bodied, dry, and warm with flavors of raspberry and cherry, lively acidity, and gentle tannins that lead to a dry, acidic finish. Aged for 24 months between stainless steel, Slavonian oak barrels, and bottle before release. Recommended serving temperature is 18°C (64°F). Alcohol content is 14–14.5%.
