Garrison Brothers HoneyDew is a Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey crafted at the Garrison Brothers Distillery in Hye, Texas. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) in a 750ml bottle, it is an award-winning small-batch bourbon distinguished by a one-of-a-kind honey infusion process.

Master Distiller Donnis Todd developed HoneyDew after noticing naturally honey-forward tasting notes in select barrels. He transformed used bourbon barrels into small wooden cubes and immersed them in Burleson's Texas Wildflower Honey, allowing the cubes to fully absorb the golden syrup. Those honey-soaked cubes were then married with the bourbon in a stainless steel tank and monitored for seven months, creating a subtly sweet spirit with an undeniably natural character.

On the nose, HoneyDew opens with rich caramel, deep oak, toasted brown sugar, and molasses. The palate delivers sweet elderberry syrup, ripe peaches, apricots, and Texas wildflower honey with subtle notes of white chocolate. The finish is lingering and warm, with charred oak and wildflower honey. The whiskey pours a sunlit amber color.

HoneyDew has earned numerous international accolades including Double Gold at the San Diego Spirits Festival & International Competition, Platinum at the SIP Awards and The Chilled 100 Spirits Awards, Gold at the Monterey International Spirits Competition, the Global Whiskey Challenge, the Los Angeles International Spirits Competition, and The American Gazette awards, as well as 90 points Gold from Proof Awards.
