Klinker Brick Winery's Grenache Blanc is a crisp, refreshing white wine from the Lodi appellation in California's Central Valley. Crafted from Grenache Blanc grapes, this wine showcases the distinctive character of the Lodi-Mokelumne River growing region.

The wine is whole cluster pressed and fermented slowly at 50–53°F in stainless steel tanks over approximately 35 days, preserving bright fruit character. The finished wine rests on its lees for an additional 21 days before racking, enhancing mouthfeel and adding complexity. It presents aromas of honeydew and stone fruit on the nose, with a crisp, bright palate of lemon and hints of pear leading to a smooth finish. Alcohol content is 13.5% ABV.

This Grenache Blanc pairs well with pasta, salmon, tuna, shellfish, poultry, vegetarian dishes, and lean fish. Contains sulfites.
