The Dirty South bottling is the winery's signature Syrah-forward blend, showcasing the expressive, bold character that Columbia Valley's warm days and cool nights impart to the grape.

The wine is known for its deep, inky color and a complex aromatic profile featuring blackcap raspberries, violets, and cigar box. On the palate it delivers tart boysenberry, aged balsamic, and grilled mushroom flavors with a smooth, gliding texture. It is blended with small amounts of Roussanne and Viognier to add floral lift and aromatic complexity. Recent vintages have earned scores in the low-to-mid 90s from Wine Enthusiast. The wine pairs well with grilled meats, lamb, and hearty stews.
