McIlroy Cellars is a family-owned winery based in Sonoma County, California, producing small-lot wines from carefully selected vineyards. Their Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from the Bunker Hillside Vineyard in the Sonoma Mountain area and is blended with Dry Creek Merlot to achieve added smoothness and complexity.

This full-bodied red wine opens with aromas and flavors of blackberry compote, plum, vanilla spice, chocolate, and cedar. The finish is dry yet fruit-forward with inviting notes of toasted marshmallow and cassis, balanced with well-integrated oak. It is approachable now and has excellent aging potential with layered complexity and balance.

The wine has earned multiple accolades, including a 93-point Gold Medal at the Monterey International Wine Competition, 92+ points and a Gold Medal at the Artisan Awards, and a 90-point Gold Medal at the San Diego International Wine Challenge. Sold in a standard 750ML bottle.
