1800 GuachiMonton Añejo Tequila is a premium limited-edition expression from the renowned 1800 Tequila family, sold in a set of three 750ml bottles. Distilled from 100% Blue Weber agave in the Tequila Valley of Jalisco, Mexico, this añejo is uniquely finished in orange tequila liqueur casks — the first and only añejo tequila to undergo this finishing process — lending it a distinctive citrus complexity atop its aged character.

The bottle itself is a striking red ceramic vessel with a circular wooden cap, designed as a tribute to Los Guachimontones, the ancient circular pyramids of Jalisco built from the same rich, red clay soil in which blue agave is cultivated today. Bottled at 40% Alc./Vol. (80 Proof), GuachiMonton presents an amber color with golden nuances and coppery sparkles.

On the nose, expect fresh citrus orange, honey, caramel, wood, and ripe fruit. The palate is velvety, soft, and pleasantly bitter, with a fresh and persistent orange sensation on the finish. Best enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in a classic Old Fashioned cocktail. A portion of proceeds supports conservation of the UNESCO World Heritage site at Los Guachimontones.
