Georges Deschamps Chablis Premier Cru is a white Burgundy wine produced by Domaine Vrignaud in the Chablis appellation of France. The Georges Deschamps label pays tribute to Guillaume Vrignaud's great-grandfather, who in 1955 planted the family's first vines on the Premier Cru Fourchaume vineyard. Guillaume, the fifth generation of his family at the helm of the estate, oversees a certified organic operation spanning 29 hectares that includes prized parcels in the Blanchot Grand Cru and the Fourchaume and Mont de Milieu Premier Crus.

This Premier Cru bottling reflects the Georges Deschamps philosophy of minimal intervention and pure terroir expression. Made from 100% Chardonnay grown on Chablis's distinctive Kimméridgian limestone soils, the wine is fermented with spontaneous native yeasts in stainless steel, then aged on its fine lees without bâtonnage. Unlike the estate's standard Domaine Vrignaud range, the Georges Deschamps wines are bottled unfined and unfiltered, resulting in a richer aromatic profile and a more generous palate while preserving the iconic steely minerality for which Chablis Premier Cru is celebrated.

The wine offers classic Chablis character — bright citrus, green apple, and chalky mineral notes — with the added weight and complexity befitting its Premier Cru designation. It pairs beautifully with oysters, shellfish, white fish, goat cheese, and light poultry. Serve well chilled at 10–12°C (50–54°F).
