Peter Mathis Rosé de Grenache is a Provençal-style rosé crafted from 100% Grenache grapes grown at the estate Mathis Vineyard in the hills above Sonoma Valley. Made by Peter Mathis, a veteran winemaker with over 20 years at Ravenswood Winery, this wine showcases his passion for Grenache and his old-school approach to winemaking.

The wine is produced using whole cluster pressing followed by cold fermentation, resulting in a pale pink-salmon hued rosé with elegant aromatics and bright flavors. The nose displays charming aromas of white peaches, strawberries, lemon, and white flowers. On the palate, flavors of watermelon, melon, pomelo peel, and subtle baking spice are complemented by a medium body and dry finish with fresh floral energy and pithy citrus notes.

This rosé has earned numerous accolades, including an impressive 98 points, Best in Class, and Double Gold at the 2024 Experience Rosé Wine Competition. The wine is sold as a case of 12 bottles, each containing 750ML, with alcohol content typically around 13% ABV depending on vintage.
