Praedictum Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a rare, limited-edition spirit created by Las Vegas Golden Knights owner Bill Foley to commemorate the team's historic Stanley Cup victory in year six of the franchise. When Foley launched the Golden Knights in 2017, he famously predicted "Playoffs in Three, Cup in Six" — and together with a roster of "Golden Misfits," the team delivered exactly that. The name Praedictum is Latin for "having been foretold."

Aged 15 years and bottled at barrel strength (112 proof), this Kentucky Straight Bourbon was hand-selected and blended by Master Distiller Joseph O'Sullivan at the Foley Family Minden Mill Distillery in Nevada. Only 600 cases were produced worldwide, with each bottle individually numbered to reflect its exceptional rarity. Every element of the bottle design pays homage to the championship: the stopper is inspired by a hockey puck, and the bottle bears Foley's bold prediction and the team's achievement.

On the nose, the bourbon opens with bright cherry notes giving way to light molasses, orange zest, and green apple, with water revealing oak and soft leather. On the palate, expect a velvet viscosity with cinnamon spice, cashew nuttiness, hints of spearmint and clove, and a fruit-forward balance that transitions into maple syrup and honey with each sip. The finish is long and resonant, with sarsaparilla, root beer, and agreeable lingering mint drifting into vanilla and stewed apple well after the last sip.
