2XO The Vinyl Blend Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a limited-edition, small-batch release from renowned American whiskey blender Dixon Dedman, and the sixth expression in 2XO's Icon Series. Named as an ode to the classic ritual of spinning vinyl records with a neat pour of whiskey, this 750ml bottle is bottled at 52% ABV (104 proof) with a suggested retail price of $99.99.

The name "2XO" stands for Two Times Oak, referring to Dixon's pioneering blending process in which every 2XO expression undergoes additional oak exposure to build sweetness and balance the spice derived from rye-forward mash bills. The Vinyl Blend combines two proprietary mash bills: a high-rye (35%) bourbon and a moderate-rye (18%) bourbon. The high-rye mash bill is double-barreled into new #4 charred oak barrels for 9–12 months, and this double-barreled component makes up 40% of the final blend, with the remaining 60% split evenly between the original high-rye and moderate-rye bourbons.

Tasting notes include honeysuckle, vanilla crème brûlée, and grilled pineapple, with a long, viscous, peppery finish. Additional flavor characteristics include apple, roasted hazelnuts, cinnamon, and black pepper. This one-of-a-kind limited release is not to be repeated.
