Auntsfield Estate Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is a premium white wine from Marlborough, New Zealand, produced at one of the region's most historic estates. Auntsfield continues the proud heritage of Marlborough's first vineyard and winery, established in 1892, with grapes grown entirely on the estate's ancient Greywacke rock and Loess clay soils that impart a distinctive ripeness, texture, and minerality.

The wine is crafted with a focus on texture, complexity, and length. Grapes are harvested during cool evenings and fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks to preserve fresh varietal aromatics, with a portion fermented using indigenous yeast. After fermentation, the wine undergoes an extended period of lees contact to add richness and structure. The result is a pale straw-colored wine with lifted aromas of fresh passionfruit, ripe citrus, lime, dried herbs, lemongrass, and papaya. The palate delivers intense flavors of passionfruit juice, white peach, and citrus with underlying minerality, lively acidity, and a long, elegant finish. Alcohol content is approximately 13–13.5% ABV. Sold in 750ML bottles.
