Upchurch Vineyard's LTL Heart of the Hill Cabernet Sauvignon is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Washington's prestigious Red Mountain AVA, bottled at 750ml with 14.8% ABV. The Heart of the Hill vineyard sits at the center of the Red Mountain appellation, making it a quintessential expression of the region's renowned terroir.

This wine presents a very dense, dark appearance with an aromatic profile of blackberry, black cherry, red and black currants, violets, baking spices, vanilla, and gravelly undertones with hints of tar and anise. On the palate it is rich and refined with silky tannins, a core of black and blue fruits, espresso grounds, scorched earthy notes, and Black Forest Cake tones. The "LTL" designation refers to a limited release tier from Upchurch Vineyard.
