Penelope Tokaji Cask Finish is a bold straight rye whiskey finished in Hungarian Tokaji wine casks, part of Penelope Bourbon's Cooper Series — a collection that takes Penelope's whiskeys on a world tour of iconic wine regions. Often called the "wine of kings," Tokaji is a legendary late-harvest Hungarian wine, and its casks impart golden sweetness and vibrant complexity to this aged rye.

The whiskey is crafted from a 2-grain mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley, aged 9 years, and bottled at 104 proof. It is non-chill-filtered, preserving its full character and texture. Tasting notes include aromas of ripe grape, brown sugar, and honey; a body of caramel, raisin, and dark chocolate; and a finish of dry oak, peppercorn, apricot, and spice.

Penelope Tokaji Cask Finish earned 91 points from Whisky Advocate and a Gold Medal at the 2023 ASCOT Awards. It is a limited release sold in 750ml bottles, with a case pack of 6.
