Convivio features world-class artisanal pastas and pizzas with a special focus on fresh pasta, made using modern pasta machines imported directly from Italy. The open kitchen allows guests to watch the pasta-making process. The menu changes seasonally with a featured section dedicated to regional Italian specialties, and the kitchen utilizes locally sourced and organic ingredients wherever possible. Signature dishes include the Nero Squid Ink Spaghetti with lobster, shrimp, and crab. The restaurant offers dine-in, carryout, and reservations through Toast Tables.

Founded by Andrea Melani, the restaurant concept was created in 2014 and opened in 2016. The name "Convivio" is inspired by the literary work of Dante Alighieri and embodies the Italian tradition of gathering together to break bread and enjoy each other's company.
