Famille Vervier Pouilly-Fuissé 1er Cru is an exceptional Burgundy white wine from the prestigious Pouilly-Fuissé appellation in the Mâconnais region of France, crafted entirely from Chardonnay grapes. Domaine Vervier is one of the top-ranked estates in the Pouilly-Fuissé region, combining traditional Burgundian craftsmanship with a focus on terroir expression in this Premier Cru bottling.

The wine presents a sparkling pale to deep golden color and offers a complex, elegant bouquet of mineral, almond, hazelnut, citrus, white fruit, and honey. A delicate toasty woodiness underscores fragrances of vanilla and toasted almond. On the palate it is rich and fresh, with a wonderful balance of power and finesse.

Grapes are hand-harvested and meticulously sorted before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to preserve the freshness and purity of Chardonnay aromas. The wine is then aged for 12 months in French oak barrels to develop complexity and subtle woody nuances. It has a cellaring potential of up to 10 years and is best served at 11–13°C (52–55°F).

Pairs beautifully as an aperitif and alongside charcuterie, seafood, grilled fish, poultry in cream sauce, soft cheeses, and mushroom risotto.
