Domaine Jean-Michel Guillon & Fils is one of Gevrey-Chambertin's most respected producers, crafting this Vieilles Vignes ("old vines") Pinot Noir from the renowned Gevrey-Chambertin appellation in Burgundy's Côte de Nuits. Founded in 1980 by Jean-Michel Guillon, the estate has grown to encompass 35 acres across 20 appellations, including Grand Cru parcels in Clos de Vougeot and Mazis-Chambertin. Son Alexis joined the domaine in 2005, continuing the family's tradition of excellence.

The winery's philosophy centers on low yields and meticulous vineyard work, with whole-cluster fermentation to emphasize the purity of Pinot Noir fruit, followed by aging in new French oak barrels.
