Domaine Durup Chablis La Marche du Roi is an AOC Chablis white wine from Jean Durup, one of the most respected winegrowing families in the Chablis region with fifteen generations of heritage. The estate is centered around Château de Maligny and Domaine de l'Eglantière, and all wines are made exclusively from Chardonnay, the sole grape variety permitted in Chablis.

"La Marche du Roi" is a historically significant vineyard site in the commune of Chablis, positioned on a steep southeast-facing slope between the Premier Cru vineyards of Montée de Tonnerre and Mont de Milieu. The name derives from the ancient boundary that once divided the Kingdom of France from the Dukedom of Burgundy — "the march of the king." The exceptional southeast exposure provides generous luminosity from morning through late afternoon, contributing to high fruit concentration in the grapes.

Vinified without oak to remain close to the terroir and preserve traditional Chablis aromatics, the wine displays a light yellow color with a fresh bouquet of white flowers and rose petals. On the palate it is refined, delicate, and rounded, delivering light floral nuances and a harmonious, pleasant finish that balances green fruit and almond notes with the characteristic flinty minerality of the Chablis appellation. Alcohol is approximately 12.5%. This wine serves well as an aperitif and pairs beautifully with shellfish, grilled fish, and fresh goat cheeses.
