Claude Manciat Bourgogne Chardonnay is a classic white Burgundy from the Mâconnais region of France, produced by the Domaine Claude Manciat in the village of Charnay, just north of Pouilly. The estate has been in the Manciat family since the 19th century, with Marie-Pierre Manciat taking over winemaking duties in 2003 and continuing the family's tradition of sustainable viticulture. Yields are routinely 20–30% lower than appellation limits, resulting in wines of greater concentration and character.

Crafted from 100% Chardonnay, the grapes are sourced primarily from the Charnay area and vinified entirely in stainless steel tanks to preserve bright, fresh fruit character. The wine displays high-toned aromatics of limestone minerality, apple, pear skin, lemon oil, and tangerine, with hints of smoke and wet chalky stones. On the palate it is vibrant and fresh with good tension, making it an excellent everyday Burgundy that drinks well young and pairs beautifully with seafood, roasted chicken, and cream-based dishes.
