Bibigo Whole Shrimp Dumplings 4/5 Count Trays

Bibigo Whole Shrimp Mandu (Korean-style dumplings) featuring whole shrimp filling wrapped in a delicate wheat flour wrapper. This package includes 4 trays with 5 dumplings each, totaling 20 dumplings per package. Each tray weighs 7.05 oz (200g).

The dumplings can be prepared two ways: pan-fry by adding 15-20 mL (3-4 tsp) of cooking oil to a nonstick pan over medium heat for 1 minute, then place frozen mandu pieces in the pan and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes until golden brown, flipping every few minutes to prevent burning. Alternatively, steam by adding water to a steamer and bringing to a boil, then placing frozen mandu in the steamer with ample space between pieces (do not crowd), covering with lid and steaming for 10 minutes. Product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 160°F as measured by a food thermometer.
