These gluten-free quesadilla bites can be prepared in the microwave (90-120 seconds), on the stovetop (4-5 minutes), or in an air fryer at 400°F (4-5 minutes). The masa is made from whole cooked corn, canola oil, potato, vinegar, water, salt, cultured dextrose, and a trace of lime.
