Scaia Rosso Corvina Veneto IGT is a vibrant Italian red wine crafted by Tenuta Sant'Antonio from 100% Corvina grapes, one of the primary varieties used in the production of Valpolicella and Amarone della Valpolicella. This wine expresses the character of the Veneto region in northeastern Italy with approachable elegance and genuine fruit-forward character.

The wine presents a ruby red color with purple hues. On the nose, it opens with floral notes of red rose and violet, followed by lush aromas of cherry, black cherry, plum, blackberry, red and black currants, and raspberry. The palate is well-balanced, showing freshness and intensity with a pleasing medium body and a supple finish. The winemaking process involves cold maceration to enhance primary fruit aromas, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness. After fermentation, the wine briefly matures in used wooden barrels, which add subtle structure without overpowering the varietal character. Alcohol content is 13%.

Scaia Rosso pairs beautifully with pasta with ragù, grilled meats, lamb, beef, game such as venison, and medium-aged cheeses. Contains sulfites.
