Domaine Sève Pouilly-Fuissé 1er Cru Burgundy, France 750ml

Domaine Sève Pouilly-Fuissé 1er Cru is a white Burgundy wine produced by Domaine Sève, a family estate located in Solutré-Pouilly in the Mâconnais region of Burgundy, France. Pouilly-Fuissé received its Premier Cru classification beginning with the 2020 vintage, recognizing the exceptional character of specific vineyard plots ("Climats") in the appellation. Domaine Sève's 1er Cru bottlings are produced from single-vineyard parcels on clay-limestone soils that lend the wine its signature minerality, roundness, and aromatic complexity.

The wine is vinified and aged in French oak barrels (228–500 litre) for approximately 10 months, developing aromas of ripe stone fruit, citrus, almonds, and hazelnuts alongside fine mineral and lightly toasted oak notes. On the palate it is fresh, balanced, and full-bodied with good length and elegance characteristic of premier cru white Burgundy. It is made from 100% Chardonnay, as required by the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation.

Serve between 11°C and 13°C (52–55°F). Pairs well with lightly creamed poultry, veal, noble fish dishes, buttered fish, John Dory with girolles, scallops, and soft cheeses. Sold as a case of 12 × 750ml bottles.
