Indri Founder's Reserve is a limited-edition 11-year-old Indian single malt whisky produced at the Indri-Trini distillery in Haryana, India by Piccadily Distilleries. Only 1,100 bottles were produced worldwide, making this a rare collector's release. Distilled in 2013 and bottled in 2024, it was fully matured in ex-Bordeaux red wine casks, benefiting from India's extreme temperature fluctuations that range from near freezing in winter to 50 degrees Celsius in summer, resulting in a supercharged maturation process.

Bottled at cask strength (58.5% ABV / 117 proof) and non-chill filtered, this whisky delivers a bold yet balanced profile. On the nose, expect cherries, prunes, blackcurrants, fruitcake, and orange pith with a soft earthiness and subtle tropical notes. The palate offers blackberries, eucalyptus, sweet cinnamon buns, pink peppercorns, ginger, and a touch of tropicality. The finish is medium length with dry oak, succulent fruits, spearmint, cherry candy cane, and caramel-glazed red apple notes. The color is a rich amber with golden highlights.

This release pays tribute to the distillery's founder, Pt. Kidar Nath Sharma, and has earned accolades including a World Whisky Awards 2025 Gold medal and recognition at the International Wine & Spirits Competition.
