Inspired by the authentic flavors of Michoacán, Mexico, this gluten-free frozen meal is created by Executive Chef Gustavo Chávez of Baja Foods, known as "El Chile Mayor" from over 100 television appearances and decades of expertise in Mexican cuisine.
