Chef Gustavo Jalapeño-Hatch Green Chile Chicken & Cheese Enchiladas feature antibiotic-free shredded white meat chicken hand-rolled in corn tortillas with fresh vegetables, served on a bed of fiesta rice with sweet corn kernels, and topped with a creamy mild jalapeño-hatch green chile crema sauce and melted cheese blend. Inspired by the authentic flavors of Michoacán, Mexico, this gluten-free frozen meal is created by Executive Chef Gustavo Chávez of Baja Foods, known as "El Chile Mayor" from over 100 television appearances and decades of expertise in Mexican cuisine. The enchiladas can be prepared in the microwave or oven, with corn tortillas that stay tender and flavorful, and a distinctive hatch chile pepper heat that falls short of spicy but delivers deep, complex flavors. Each tray contains six individually portioned enchiladas.
