Woodinville Whiskey Co.'s 15th Anniversary Limited Edition Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a grain-to-glass bourbon distilled and aged entirely in Washington State. This milestone release features a unique mashbill of 55% corn, 35% rye, and 10% malted barley, matured for 9 years in the distillery's Quincy, Washington barrelhouses since 2016. The bourbon is aged in heavily toasted, lightly charred barrels crafted from 24-month open-air seasoned staves by Independent Stave Company, which imparts deep and rich complexity to the whiskey.

Central Washington's extreme temperature cycles during the aging process promote optimal extraction of the barrel oak's natural flavors, creating a complex flavor profile with sweet dried fruits, cherry candy, tart orange citrus, dark berries, dry oak, mesquite smoke notes, and white pepper spice. The well-seasoned oak, new barrel finish, and extended aging give the whiskey exceptional depth in character and flavor. Bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV), each bottle is individually numbered, making it a true collector's item. Only 500 cases were produced for this special release, available online and at select retailers nationwide.
