Fuenteseca Cosecha Tequila Blanco is a single-estate, vintage-dated blanco tequila produced by master distiller Enrique Fonseca in the Jalisco region of Mexico. Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave harvested from a single orchard at elevations of 5,000 to 5,250 feet, each Cosecha bottling captures the unique character of its harvest year and growing site.

The agave is sourced from mineral-rich caliche soil in Vista Hermosa, Michoacán — the southernmost appellation within the Tequila D.O. — where calcium carbonate-suffused terrain imparts a distinctive, heightened minerality to the finished spirit. After harvesting, the over-ripe agave piñas are slowly baked at low pressure before being double-distilled in traditional copper alembic pot stills. The distillate is then rested for three years in stainless steel containers, allowing for complete oxygenation without any oak influence or flavor additives.

Bottled at 44.8% ABV (89.6 proof), Fuenteseca Cosecha Blanco delivers flavors of sweet cooked agave, roasted yams, warm baking spices, and bright citrus, underpinned by striking mineral complexity characteristic of its unique terroir.
