Marqués de la Concordia MM Selección Especial Brut is a vintage Cava sparkling wine from the Penedès region of Catalonia, Spain. Produced using the traditional method by one of Spain's leading wine producers established in 1882, this wine features vibrant, seductive bubbles that deliver delicacy and elegance in wonderfully harmonious balance. Made from a blend of three traditional Cava grapes: Macabeo 40%, Parellada 30%, and Xarel-lo 30%, with 11.5% alcohol by volume and 12g/L sugar content.

The wine presents a medium-bodied profile with nice vivacity and fine, pleasant bubbles. On the nose it reveals aromas of almond, apple, lemon, pear, and subtle vegetable notes with hints of yeast and caramel. The palate shows dry character with present acidity and a creamy mousse. This crianza classification Cava pairs excellently with appetizers, tapas, shellfish, lean fish, and makes an ideal choice for cocktails or enjoying on its own. Best served chilled between 6-8°C.
